The head office of Beisteel Pipe Group (BSP) is located in Economic & Technological Development Zone of Haicheng, Liaoning, which is one of the most powerful domestic steel pipe manufacturers. BSP owns two manufacturing companies of Haicheng Northern Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. and Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., which are specializing in production of HFW longitudinal seam steel pipe, large diameter SAWH steel pipe, JCOE longitudinal seam submerged-arc welding steel pipe, steel pipe internal and external coating, PE pipes, rods &wires and other products.

Haicheng Northern Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. which is the wholly owned subsidiary of BSP was established in September 2002. The construction project of Haicheng Northern Steel Pipe Anti-Corrosion Co., Ltd. covers an area of 160,000 square meters, and built two ERW longitudinal seam steel pipe production lines and three steel pipe coating production lines, and one PE pipe production line. The annual output reaches 150,000 tons of steel pipe, 2 million square meters of pipe coating and 200,000 tons of PE pipe.

Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd. Which is the wholly owned subsidiary of BSP was established in April 2009.The construction project of Beisteel Pipe (Yingkou) Co., Ltd. consists of two construction phases, covering an area of 440,000 square meters. The Phase I covers an area of 200,000 square meters, and built four large diameter SAWH steel pipe production lines and three steel pipe internal & external coating production lines. The annual output reaches 250,000 tons of steel pipe and 8 million square meters of pipe coating. The Phase II project covers an area of 240,000 square meters, and built two wires production lines, one rods production line and one JCOE longitudinal seam submerged-arc welding steel pipe production line. The annual output reaches 1.5 million tons of rods& wires and 250,000 tons of JCOE longitudinal seam submerged-arc welding steel pipes.

The marketing network of BSP covers domestic and international petroleum and gas pipeline project, railway construction project and city water pipeline reconstruction and fuel gas pipeline projects etc. The products have been exported to dozens of countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Sudan, Egypt, Algeria, India, and Saudi Arabia etc. The products have been involved in several domestic and international state-level major projects for petroleum, gas and water pipeline.
