Dalian Huarui Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. is the holding subsidiary company of DHI·DCW Group Co., Ltd., as the national large and key leading enterprise in heavy industry, as well as key manufacturing enterprise of new energy equipment. Up to now DHHI has over 10,000 employees and a total asset of more than 18 billion RMB.
DHHI mainly supplies complete sets of technical equipment, high-tech products and services for national economy foundation industries, such as energy, mining, port, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace, and has formed four major traditional leading products—metallurgical machinery, hoisting machinery, port machinery and bulk handling machinery; five major growing products—megawatt wind turbine core components, large marine crankshafts, cranes for nuclear power stations, tunnel boring machines and large high-end castings and forgings. With a headquarters, 5 developing and manufacturing bases, DHHI covers an area of over 2 million m2; enables capacities of independently researching and developing of major technological equipment, integrative engineering, manufacturing, erecting, commissioning of mechanics-electronics-hydraulics, as well as EPC contracting; founded national-recognized enterprise technology center (consists of 1 design institute, 7 professional design institutes, 4 research institutes, 3 laboratories, 1 electrical technology research and development center), German-based R&D centre, postdoctoral workstation, 20 national, provincial and municipal famous brand products. In December 2011, DHHI was officially approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology to establish the “National Wind Power Drive & Control Engineering Technology Research Center”, which created favorable conditions for DHHI establishing world-class base of manufacturing wind turbine core components.
