The former of Fushun Dongyue Engineering Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in 1995, was directly subordinate plant of Fushun Excavator Factory which has hundreds years history, and was one of the enterprises with the history of long-term produce and manufacture construction machinery in China. After reform and open, Company conducted several times conversion, first became Fushun Engineering Machinery Factory, and finally became current owned enterprises - Fushun Dongyue Engineering Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd.
