It includes Fuxin Xinneng Electric Power Eqiupment Factory and Fuxin Enclosed Busbar Research Institution; and we have already passed the ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System Certification.
Xinyuan has the on-guard staff of 145, including 48 technical staff (one professor-level senior engineer, nine senior engineers). All the products are designed with computer condition simulative technology and three-dimensional modeling parameterization. According to the different project specifications, we conduct heat balance calculations and dynamic thermal stability calculations to ensure design accuracy. Then we will design the general assembly drawings, manufacturing plans and technology drawings. Strictly complianced with International Electrotechnical Commission IEC364-5-54 International Standards and JEC-181 International Standards, we guarantee the quality of engineering design and lay a solid foundation for the marketing.
The products of our company have a good technology guarantee system. The production place has already achieved jigs and molds technology. Here we have the most famous domestic enclosed busbar and transfomer specialists and engineers. We have kept long-term cooperative relationship with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shenyang University of Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Northeast Power Research Institute, so we have strong technical power.
Our company covers about 20,000 square meters, and there are more than 100 production and inspection equipments. With the annual production of 20000MW, we are capable to produce enclosed busbar, isolated phase bus, excited bus, cable bus and the accessory products. Since the enclosed busbars have been produced, we have supplied more than 200 pieces (sets) of enclosed buses and accessory products. Our products are sold very well not only thoughout the whole country, but also to Indonesia, Russia and other countries. We have made great contribution to the economic development and transfomative revitalization of Fuxin city in Liaoning province.
We have rich experience in designing, producing and researching enclosed busbar. We have the ability of devoloping the series of 200MW、300MW、600MW、1000MW unit enclosed busbar. We can transform the product design and conduct the engineering consulting according to customers’ requirements.
Xinyuan is the domestic specialized enclosed busbar production enterprise, as a AAA + grade credit qualified units, we have high market share and good reputation in the industry, and got lots of product certifications. What’s more, in 2006, the only domestic enclosed busbar institution in China—Fuxin Enclosed Busbar Research Institution was established in our company. There has a batch of enclosed busbar professionals, who have been engaged in structure optimization and design of enclosed busbar for a long time. The director of the institution, Wu Fengcheng, is the first generation enclosed busbar specialist and professor-level senior engineer. Wu has won many national, provincial and municipal technology certificate, the patent certification of full-chain isolated phase bus and so on. In 1982, under the commission of the National Bureau of Standards, Wu paticipated and drafted the first edition of the national stardards GB8349-87 and professional standards ZBK110001 of the enclosed busbar.
