Established in 2007, Ningbo Mingde Electrical Science&Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing base of the company which is primarily responsible for the research and development, manufacturing and logistics of all the products. Situated in Cixi of Ningbo city, south bank of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, Ningbo Mingde Electrical Science&Technology Co., Ltd enjoys a beautiful natural scenery and humanistic landscape.

Located in Jiading New City, known as "One hundred meters--a forest, One thousand meters--a lake", Mingde Electrical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is seated at Jiading District, the future political economic and cultural center of Shanghai. Mingde Electrical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the external contact and the sales of all the products and for providing integrated solutions and service for the customers in power industry.
