Shenyang   Bozhong   Heavy   Machinery   Manufacturing   Co.,   Ltd.   was   developed   from   No.   1   Factory   of   Shenyang   Heavy   Mining   Machinery   Manufacturing   Co.,   Ltd.   (a   collective   enterprise   subordinated   to   Shenyang   Heavy   Machinery   Group   Co.,   Ltd.)   after   transformation   of   enterprise.   It   has   strong   comprehensive   capability   in   heavy   machinery   manufacturing.   Its   factory   is   situated   at   Fangxihu   Village   of   Huanggu   District,   Shenyang   (i.e.   the   former   Fangxihu   Village   of   Yuhong   District   and   the   current   Huanggu   Industrial   Park),   it   covers   a   plot   area   of   36,600   sq.   m.   including   floor   space   of   15,000   sq.   m.   There   is   a   machining   workshop   (7,000   sq.   m),   one   rivet   welding   workshop   (2,600   sq.   m),   one   auxiliary   shop   of   machine   maintenance,   lubrication   and   electric   control,   one   alloy   iron   casting   factory   and   equipment   installation   company.   Now   there   are   more   than   300   personnel   and   over   60   professional   technicians,   of   whom   32   are   with   secondary   technical   title   or   above.  

　　Our   company   is   specialized   in   the   production   of   machinery   products   and   fittings   for   electric   power,   metallurgy,   mining,   building   materials   and   chemical   industries.   We   have   five   main   product   lines   including   crushing   products   (jaw   crusher,   hammer   crusher,   0cone   crusher,   gyratory   crusher,   roller   crusher,   impact   crusher),   milling   equipment   (ball   mill,   rod   mill,   autogenous   mill),   power   station   equipment   (ring-type   crusher,   cylinder   coal   mill,   medium   speed   coal   mill,   electronic   gravity   type   coal   feeder,   cement   equipment   (tube   mill,   vertical   cement   mill,   rotary   kiln),   metallurgy   equipment   (damp   mill,   pelletizer,   sintering   machine).   In   addition   we   also   produce   some   auxiliary   products   such   as   hydraulic   station   and   lubrication   station   to   match   main   framework.   Over   two   decades   years,   we   have   supplied   over   3000   sets   of   machinery   equipment   to   countrywide   users,   many   of   them   are   the   bidding   objective   of   some   national   key   construction   projects,   and   some   with   state-of-the-art   technology   in   China.   Our   produced   machines   and   equipment   run   soundly   and   enjoy   great   popularity   among   users,   which   bring   us   with   both   great   economic   benefits   and   countless   social   benefits.   In   recent   years,   we   keep   improving   our   knockout   products   and   introducing   technologies   to   develop   more   new   competitive   products   to   stand   up   in   the   fierce   market   competition.   Our   new   product   damp   mill   has   passed   the   new   product   technical   evaluation   of   State   Bureau   of   Machine-Building   Industry   and   won   the   national   new   technical   achievement   award.  

　　Our   company   has   strong   capability   in   machining   and   manufacturing,   equipped   with   hundred   machining   equipment   such   as   4.2m   vertical   lathe,   3.5m   vertical   lathe,   Φ180   milling-boring   machine,   Φ160   boring   machine,   Φ125   boring   machine,   Φ110   boring   machine,   4m   open-side   planning   machine,   3m   planer   type   milling   machine,   500   slotting   machine   and   Φ80   radial   drilling   machine,   etc.   and   some   modern   welding   equipment   like   NC   automatic   cutting   machine,   shearing   machine,   bending   machine,   submerged   arc   automatic   welder.   Relying   on   our   strong   technological   strength,   we   can   produce   single   machine   and   complete   set   of   equipment   upon   customer   requirement,   and   provide   design   and   manufacturing,   installation   and   commissioning   and   equipment   maintenance   service.
