Shenyang Contor Machine & Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, owns over 60 employees including professors participating in national technological projects, of whom over 50% people are technicians. It has won the title of “High-tech Enterprise” by National Science and Technology Bureau and has been concentrating on development, manufacture and sales of digital motion control technology and relevant electromechanical equipment, and application of synchronous and corresponding period processing equipment of a continuous production line, such as flying shear, flying saw, shearing and butt welding machine, horizontal spiral loop and positioning and conveying equipment, wherein the digital motion control system has become the integrator of main products in domestic welded pipe industry, and was identified as the standard digital motion control product in the industry by manufacturers. Besides, the company has powerful system integration capacity to provide custom-made control programs for users, and develop and design new production systems meeting mechanical requirements according to customer demands. Its “FJ microprocessor control cutting flying saw” has been rated as “National New Product” by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision and listed into National Torch Plan; the company has become a support unit of national scientific research achievement key extension program, as well as a high-tech enterprise integrating industries, universities and research institutes.       The company always pursues continuous renewal and high-tech products. In 2000, it first adopted a foreign digital driving system (Eurotherm 590) to replace the former analog system according to customer demands, thereby increasing the stability of the products. In 2001, it produced CD-A computer which is compatible with FJ-B computer of the former Shenyang Institute of Technology, finishing initial product upgrading. It produced high-precision (±0.5mm) and high-speed (≤150m/min) standard servo system flying saw, applied it to the light tube production line and developed the rotary flying saw in 2002. In addition, it developed AC control flying saw instead of the former DC control flying saw in June 2003, and AC variable frequency speed regulation microprocessor control cutting flying saw has applied the patent (Patent Acceptance No. 03238131.X). It established a digital research group for R&D of 32-bit microcomputer under the support of the academy in March 2003, promoted 32-bit CT-01 serial digital motion controller and matching products in April 2004, achieved flying saw drag user requirement system, and promoted absolute synchronous sawing function in July. Moreover, it developed “NC punching and shearing machine” successfully and was listed in National Torch Plan in 2006, and completed the numerical control system of swing plate cutting machine and set about developing “copy milling flying saw” and “cold cutting flying saw” in 2007. The company owns proprietary technology and application of cutting products in many industries.

      At present, the company owns over 1,500 customers of cutting numerical control products. Its products are exported to America, Russia, Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Syria, Jordan, and other countries, winning the favor of users.
