Currently, more than 300 workers are employed and all kinds of manufacturing machine tools are adopted in our company. We are able to provide all machine manufacturing work like turning, milling, planning, grinding, panel pressing and punching. In addition, we have introduced advanced processing and surface finishing equipment like vertical processing center and computerized machine tools. And we have adopted CAPP for more complicated process. For design of products, we have CAD, which greatly improves the quality and speed of product design.
In 2001, Huayue Machinery successfully passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 and this further perfected our quality guarantee system.
